A ladybird deed allows you to be in control of the asset for as long as you live and upon death automatically transfers to named parties without probate and at anytime you can still choose to sell asset if you wish our uk wills reference our Florida wills and ladybird deed but as a separate asset not included in our uk estate

I’d not heard of this, it sounds so much cleaner, Thank you, will definitely be exploring it further especially after experiencing probate here in the UK, it’s made me keen to tie these things up properly.

I’m also interested in this as we had a will review this week and were told we would need to have a US will as the timeshare is in the US. 🤔
