Availability showing but won't let me book

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Availability has been showing for days, but when I go to book I get a message that the room is no longer available.

I refresh results, do a new search etc and the room still shows available, I just get the same message. It's not just doing this for one resort, it's doing it for multiple resorts

It does this if you are attempting to book ahead of the 7 month window.

The first one shows up if you try to book on the day you can book, but before 1pm (8am ET). Unless there's something wrong with it today and it's buggy and showing it anyway.

I hadn't realised there was an 8am EST rule. Sadly I missed out on 1 night but got booked in today

Yep it's not great because if you are on the day you can book but before 8am Eastern time, it makes it look like you can book, and then the message is really confusing as you found out. It got me once.
