CSR Gran Destino tower

Hello
Will staying in a tower room be closer to amenities - main pool, shops, restaurants etc?
Many thanks

The tower is where the old 'business' rooms were, so won't be the closest to the main pool area as say some of the Casita buildings. But it's not too far of a walk.
I'm not sure if the tower will incorporate any shops or quick service places, but will have a restaurant at the top. Are you staying in the tower?

Not booked yet but thought would be nice to stay in the new tower if we book CSR. Tower rooms are the only current option when booking on the uk Disney website for Aug 2020 at the moment. Will be waiting until April and any offers before booking.
Thanks

It’s hard to say as there are no reviews yet, but you’ll certainly get a lovely new room and I assume it will be internal corridors.

The existing rooms are undergoing refurbishment changing the bathrooms and removing carpet. I’m not sure if this is all completed. Also you will be in a block with walkways like POFQ for example. I wonder if eventually they might charge differently for the rooms?
