Anita and Family's 1st Trip to Florida Day 5

We woke very refreshed and relaxed this morning must have been all that water from yesterday but on looking in the mirror we all resemble 4 pink Lobsters.
With after sun poured all over we meet up with Carole and Ian Breakfast at Ponderosa Then Taxi to MGM

I love the lay out of this park with all the streets First ride is Star tours both kids enjoyed We come across Goofy walking down the road Todd and Zak have there photos taken and Zak gets his first autograph he remembered is book and chunky pen. Love the way that Goofy uses his nose to hold the book on while he signed it. Next Minnie Mouse she’s so sweet and dainty we have a lovely photo of her hugging the boys.

Next stop was the first showing of Indiana Jones show everybody enjoyed this we even came back later on in the day for seconds. Next we check out Drew Carey Sound Show this was so realistic I found myself waving my hands around my head when I heard the bees’ glad I was sat in the dark so nobody saw me. We missed out Hunchback of Notre Dame Show not one of the kids Fav. Muppets 3-d tour I love the Muppets even had their album years ago. The kids played on Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground

Again we encounter no queues we walk right on to every ride Next we go on Back Lot Tour Zak and I sit on the left when we get round to the canyon first we were roasted then soaked very impressive Kids enjoyed the 101 Dalmatian bit in Back Stage Pass Zaks hero’s
We miss out who wants to be a millionaire the queue was too long this was the only queue we ever saw in our fortnight Holiday. The kids skip pass Little Mermaid boo hoo sometimes I wished I had girls they went on great movie ride next more their style.

I made everybody watch Beauty and the Beast I have a great photo of Ted and Zak looking really miserable as they watched Bell dance around. They all race off to do Rock n Roller Coaster only to find it close they were so disappointed So it straight on to Terror Towers I miss this one out Zak thought it was wicked. We stop and have Turkey legs and feed the tiny birds the boys call them Disney birds

We make our way down to find seats for Fantasmic we get right at the front The crowd do Mexican waves while we are all waiting It has been a lovely day but suddenly the skies go very black The heavens opened this was our first Disney rain At last they get to wear their ponchos The stadium is a mass of yellow ponchos With Zak and Todd sporting Trendy orange ones they are sure easy to spot amongst the yellow At last the rain stops

What I saw next was so magical words can’t really describe it was just fanstaic I’m only sorry I didn’t have a video camera Zak at lasts see’s his favourites Chip and Dale they are dancing on the boat Mickey destroys the Dragon with his bolts of lightening. Fireworks and lasers think I could book him to come over bonfire night to put on a little show in our garden?
What a wonderful day Late night getting back we all just crash out and fall fast asleep dreaming of a relaxing day at Typhoon Lagoon.
