managing bookings on other countries' websites

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has experience in dealing with cancellations/modifications when having booked on French/German/Dutch sites?
I booked via the Dutch site for mid June as it was a significant saving, but I'm now worried about the park being closed and people seem to be struggling to get refunds without a possible language barrier.
Anyone got any experience of dealing with customer service for these kinds of bookings? Or can any country access the bookings?

You will need to ring the Customer Service team for the country that you booked with. I've done this with the French and Spanish sites before and never had too much problem with the language barrier as if the person who answered the phone did not speak good English they transferred it to someone who did.
