Wow! Your California Grill brunch looks amazing. You are right, Max's plates do now have legendary status here on the Dibb, haha.
I like the look of your charcuterie plate and Kate's sushi too.
Bottomless cocktails sound very appealing too.

Good thinking to have a lazy day following that feast, plus you got to use a few snack credits up.

I am impressed that you have kept the new hotel a secret so long. Well done! Hope it goes down well.

The kids had pretty good cocktails as well actually, I can't remember what they all were as they had a couple of different ones, but I'm pretty sure that at some point they had a Shirley Temple. The whole meal was fab, the views were excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. Plus of course it feels really exclusive to be escorted up in the lift!

Brilliant photos, not often I see Cali Grill in daylight so appreciate the pictures. And some of the food looked lovely.

Max’s plates are amazing too!

Definitely a good day and taking time out to relax together is well worth it. Bet tomorrow it really paid off when you’re back in the parks!

We had spectacular views and the beautiful blue sky. It was great up there.

I am really enjoying your trip report so far. So glad I read this as I'd never had Cali brunch on my list but after reading this it had top spot. Have just done my ADRs and managed to get a brunch reservation,so thanks for taking the time to write it all up.

It was a great meal and for both Dave and Kate it was a highlight of the trip and I was going to book the brunch again this year, but I've decided to try out the dinner at Cali as we've not done that before and I do like the idea of watching the fireworks from up on the terrace. I have been having an internal debate about whether to swap the ADR for the brunch...at the moment I'm sticking with the dinner.

California Grill brunch looked awesome. I booked it for my parents but they weren’t bothered so we cancelled it. Looks like they missed out.

It was fab food, total gluttony today, but it was the perfect antidote to the previous day. I'd absolutely recommend the Cali Grill brunch and we'd definitely do it again.
