Question Virgin Universal Tickets

Hi All, my ticket vouchers are available today from virgin. They are linked up for Disney with no problems at all, but the Universal Voucher is a little bit simple, I know they have to be collected at the ticket place at universal but last time I recall a barcode that could be scanned at the will call kiosk. Anybody had any experience collecting virgin Universal Tickets with nothing but a bit of paper that has the virgin holidays reference on it?

Thanks

We've been this September with a Virgin paper ticket with just the reference no. on.

A bit of advice here... go to the ticket Booths at Islands of Adventure to exchange this for the real tickets. It took me less than 5 minutes to do this on a Saturday afternoon. The Universal Studios ticket booth was heaving at more or less the same time.

Just take your passports with you and it's easy to do..I tried the Will call kiosk but it wouldn't work

Did you need all passports or just the passport for lead passenger?
Thanks for your reply
