Florida Resident Universal annual pass discount question

DD will be registered as a resident soon (cast member from Nov), I've seen a resident's discount on the Universal website, she's not sure wether to order it in advance to be collected at the kiosk, or to wait until she gets there. It's unclear to me wether it's an online offer only.

Any help gratefully received

You have to present ID proof of residency etc best wait till she gets there takes no time at all
We use passports and utility bills
