Ocean Florida

Most of us are all fairly quick to criticise companies when they let us down, but less quick to praise them when they do well.

We normally do DIY trips, however we booked our latest holiday with Ocean Florida (as it worked out cheaper) flying with Thomas Cook. As we all know, unfortunately, Thomas Cook went bust and this left us with the problem of needing to re-arrange flights seven days before we were due to go.

Ocean Florida were really helpful and made the arrangements for us - transferring us onto VA flights without the need to pay anything extra.

So, a public 'thank you' to Ocean Florida who I will happily use again in the future.

We usually have allocate on arrival villas when we go - Ocean Florida were the agents for BA last time we went - they were fantastic - even fielding a call at 2 min past close time to help us work out how to use the electronic entry system.
