Sunset Lakes is great but there isn't a communal pool or resort feel.

I would recommend Terra Verde, stayed there twice now. Great tiki bar next to the resort pool.

Sunset Lakes has a communal pool!...but not heated in the winter months...also has kids' tot lot, and fishing offered on the lakes( catch and return basis)...pretty gazebo on the fishing pier on largest lake
However it does not have manned gates (only coded) and does not have a clubhouse
Very quiet relaxing haven...so near to Disney and best selection of restaurants close by...

I have not stayed here but I have been eyeing up the Sloara Resort for a while they have villas and townhouses so should suit most family sizes and preferances and its a brand new resort.

I think it looks great, especially the outdoor fire pits! I think we may do an extended family stay here one day the coffee shop looks like it would be great for my Dad who doesn't visit the parks.

Storey Lakes is a great resort community - we loved the clubhouse pool area

Villas have their own pool (not huge) and are gorgeous
