Room Requests

Can anyone tell me the best way to do a room request at VGF?
I have a preferred side and don’t want to be on the ground floor. I would like to ask in advance rather than trying to move at check-in. We are doing a cash stay at the Contemporary first so will be able to nip in early if that’s better than trying to email/call them.

I’ve found a request through MS then checking in as early as possible is the best way to go. Good luck!

Just an update to this. We had a standard studio booked at VGF and I called to ask for a fountain/pool view (as opposed to car park). Not the best photo, but this is what we got
