I got mine in seaworld 12 years ago for my pearl wedding anniversary and the diver went and got one for me , it had 2 identical twins inside so I had earrings made there and then . I still wear them a lot

I did this years ago and chose a ring for my rather beautiful pearl. It fell off so I took it to the jewellers to have it repaired. I could see the glue. I picked the worst of the glue off and the pearl fell off again. I haven't a clue where the ring is now but I think I will look for it. I love pearls and it was a very pretty one.

I did this in June at Epcot Japanese Pavilion and picked out 2 oysters. Although the 2 were not the same I picked the best one of the 2 and they then matched it with another and I had a pair of 14ct gold earring made up. I could have used the 2 pearls I picked but preferred to have them matching. The one I choose was quite large and was told that I did well to get a match for it. I will be doing this again next time I go. I have decided that this will be my treat each time.
