So my return date is now available and BA have whacked the prices up for it
 The cost of RPR has gone up £200+ as well so it's going to be a waiting game now to see what happens. |

I bit the bullet a few days ago - LGW to Tampa, Standard SUV. 2 people £1000.
Happy enough with that price, being with BA it's only £150 deposit. With Thomas Cook going I didn't want to leave it too late and end up having to go indirect. |

Outbound has gone up today so looks like I'll be checking daily and filling in a spreadsheet. Checked this morning and compared a custom trip versus the various parts with BA and flights + hotel or flights + car saves about £40.

Our dates became available today with VA 11-25 Sept 2020 but stupid prices and it says no economy deluxe seats left!

I've got a while yet, waiting for Oct 9 to be released as doing 25 Sept to Oct 9. Not looking forward to the prices in PE at all!

I'm glad it's not just me in this boat!
Our dates are 10th - 26th September. We would ideally go from Manchester with VA (which I'm expecting to be available to book tomorrow), but have been comparing with BA from Gatwick which I think is going to be cheaper. Just got to compare the difference in cost with additional cost of car parking for Gatwick, as my sister lives near Manchester airport so we get that for free. I've got some prices in my head, so at any point if we get below these I will book straight away. Otherwise, I'm going to try and play a bit of a waiting game. It's not me as I prefer having everything booked in advance, but after the TC collapse this year we booked flights at 4 days notice, so at least it's opened my eyes a little.
