I sent my paperwork in on the 24th September to the Freepost address on the website. I chased tonight and after waiting an hour to get through I was told nothing had been received and to resubmit it by recorded delivery. The agent said he would mark the item as in dispute so no interest would apply for 28 days. The transaction now shows in red when viewed on line.

Go in to transactions and when you bought the flights up to date, then look for Thomas Cook transaction and it may be in red.

I just looked on transactions online, it became red on Friday, may have been Wed/Thur. I would keep checking if I was you. Was it on transactions/statements screen?

Just to help I know barclaycard have mine as they called me to ask me to clarify the new flights, but my thomas cook transactions arent marked in red

Barclaycard have refunded my money today. Showing on my Barclaycard now.
All in all not a bad service considering the amount of claims.
