Luggage Tags etc from Disney?

Should I be expecting a package in the post? We are only a few weeks out. We booked accommodation (AKL), tickets and dining direct with Disney. We are in the U.K.

We always stay 1 night in a Value before going to SSR.
The envelope for the Value room came at least 2 weeks ago, maybe a bit longer.

My magic envelope arrived about the middle of September and we don't go till the end of October. I got a email from Disney yesterday saying if we haven't received it yet to give them a call

Mine only arrived 2 weeks before my holiday. I wasn't concerned because I had no idea I was going to get it anyway!

We never book anything else with Disney apart from a 1 night room. Always get a room 'voucher' and the book. Sometimes luggage tags sometimes not.

We have only booked accommodation and theme park tickets with Disney and still got the book and luggage tickets
