Canada has a very similar set of questions to ESTA for their entry requirements. These include you declaring wether you’ve been refused entry into any other country and any criminal convictions. I’m guessing someone told porkies to get into Canada and this transpired once they were in the USA. Hence Canada not letting them back.
Also $16,000 in cash! Seriously, who carries that much in cash on their holiday? I wonder if inland revenue know about their nice income? 😉

see they have now been deported and banned from the US and Canada wouldt take them back either

Ha ha I am sure they do now! I also wonder if they made the required declaration to UK BF when taking that much cash out of the jurisdiction. I was prev UKBF and now am HMRC and just love people like this. Makes my job sooooooooo much easier
