Anyone know of any places to leave luggage in Vancouver? We arrive in the early morning from a cruise (Hawaii), and have the Amtrak to Seattle booked at 5.45pm (couldn't get avios flights out of Vancouver, so went for Seattle instead).

Hoping to have a whistlestop tour of Vancouver before getting the train, but obviously don't want to be lugging our luggage round.

Brilliant, thanks Libby.

If you husband is a plane fan, Boeing factory tour is a must. You need a car though!
Thanks. Won't have a car will hopefully use Uber.

We stayed at Rosedale on Robson which we found to be a good location.

The Museum of Pop Culture is amazing. There was a Star Trek special exhibition on when we went too.

Sadly there are no filming sites for Frasier as none of it was filmed in Seattle. The view out of his window are just backdrops. We were disappointed too!

We visited Seattle last summer & stayed at the Moore Hotel, a couple of minutes walk from Pike Place. We only had 1 full day to explore Seattle but, after visiting Pike Place Market, we did an interesting free walking tour with Seattle Walking Tours which took us to Pioneer Square & along part of the waterfront area; then visited the Klondike Gold Rush Museum & went up to the Sky View Observatory in the Columbia Centre for great 360 degrees views.
We enjoyed what we saw of Seattle &, if we'd had more time, we'd have also gone to Kerry Park for the "picture postcard" city view & to the Space Needle & Chihuly Gardens. I still wish we'd had time to fit in a visit to the Boeing Factory! We then flew from Sea-Tac to Victoria on Vancouver Island with Alaska Airlines where we picked up a hire car & explored parts of the Island for 9 days.

I've read about luggage storage by CDS Baggage who operate at the Canada Place Cruise Terminal in Vancouver from May to September.

Just back from Vancouver and Rockies road trip. Had four nights at the Rosedale on Robson in the Yaletown part of Vancouver. Spent a day walking round touring Vancouver sights ie Gastown and steam clock, Canada Place and olympic torch and went up the Lookout. Had dinner in the pub attached to the hotel. Next day we took a free shuttle bus from Vancouver public library (just up from our hotel) to Capilano Suspension bridge and the rainforest then in the evening went to Blue Hat Bistro near Granville Market (anniversary dinner). On our last day we hired e-bikes and cycled round Stanley Park. Returned to Gastown in the evening to buy souvenirs and ended up eating at The Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner. Very nice all-included italian meal.
Gastown was full of tourists during the day but agree with the comment re the number of homeless people and drug users and it didn't feel quite so safe that last evening walking back to the hotel.
