I think to try and answer OPs original question they (or anyone else asking similar questions) need to get it clear what they are trying to achieve. That isn't meant to sound harsh - let me explain.

To most of us photographs hold lots of important memories. Back in 2007 - whencloud storage was not as cheap as it is today - my previous house was flooded. Thankfully I only lost about 3 months of photos due to loss of computer equipment but you do need to ask your self if you had an equipment failure (or some natural disaster which affects the equipment are you protected?)

I reckon I probably have about 5 (maybe more) copies of the originals of my photos. The primary back up is Microsofr one drive which happens automatically from.my phone and doesnt requirement to manually do anything.

I have other backups too - some of which can be used to allow the televisions to view the photos and videos.

Thisnis just a taster of what can be done but rather than bore you to tears let's see what it is is important to you and what you are trying to achieve

OP you mention you already have a photo book of the best shots which is a great start as thats physical. As for the ones you have downloaded to your phone, do you still have access to the disney account if so you could download to a PC or laptop. If not then the method of transferring from your phone will differ from brand to brand , some you need to install extra software on the pc and use a usb , some will just connect . what model do you have ?
I have my photos on Flickr , Used to have them all on that but they reduced the free level. I also have a hard drive, a memory stick and a few DVD's with photos stored on them to cover all the bases.
But if you want to see them you could consider a digital frame, or if you have amazon prime use their photo storage and you can stream them to an echo show or other devices.
I have a pc in the dinining room which screen shows mine as backdrops.
