Facebook help please

Hi,
I am an admin on 3 separate FB accounts for clubs I’m involved with but they seem to have disappeared from my messenger, all normal personal messages are appearing but when I get a notification of the group ones the page is blank or doesn’t open? I’ve tried messaging FB but haven’t had a reply can anyone help?

The same has happened to me with my business account, I had to download an app called Facebook page that is for the separate pages

No the way I usually went to receive the messages was by clicking on the picture icon at the top of my normal messenger page & my 3 groups were there now when i do that it’s just showing my user name etc & when i receive a notification on my phone if I choose the option to view its a blank screen,

Thank you when you downloaded where your account here or did you have to re install them as I was added as admin to these groups I didn’t create them?

They were all still there, i created the page so I don’t know if it’s any different
