Anyone make their own smoothies?

Thanks everyone. Some good tips there, especially the one about tinned fruit too!

My older two enjoy these for breakfast.
Each smoothly contains half of a small banana, either natural yogurt, milk or almond milk (you actually don’t need a lot of liquid) a couple of table spoon of rolled oats and frozen fruit. My daughter prefers mango & pineapple and my middle son prefers strawberries & blueberries.
If it’s with milk or natural yogurt we sometime add a squirt of honey.
We like to use frozen fruit because it makes the whole smoothie lovely and cold
