CDG to DLP
I am rather confused with the train...
Do we pay on the train? or do you book in advance? How much am I looking at? Is it the best way to get there? ( I am staying at Hotel Cheyanne) thanks

There are two trains - either the fast TGV (10mins) or the local RER (90mins).
For the best price for the TGV you need to book in advance, however if you miss your booked train (due to flight, baggage delay etc) you would need to buy a whole new ticket. The RER you can just buy a ticket from the machine before boarding. Even though the TGV only takes 10mins be aware they don't run all that often - there can sometimes be an hours gap between trains so it doesn't always work out quickest door to door. You might find a shuttle easier. This is around 40mins and there will be a driver waiting for you in arrivals. RS Trasnports do shared shuttles (which sometimes you don't actually end up sharing) for a reasonable price. |

Go with RS Transports, for us it was cheapest and easiest. Door to door in 40 min.

The fast train is stupidly expensive though

We also thought the service with RS Transport was really good. We booked the shared transfer because it was cheaper but had the car to ourselves for both journeys. Again, we were in the hotel within 40 minutes.

There are no trains running into Paris from the airport today.
