Thanks you, no, the airline have no clue where the bag is! The weird thing is we never split cases between the two but this time I suggested it to DH but we decided not to bother! Never doing that again and I’m going to take more in hand luggage next time!

Hope that bag turns up soon.. our bags never made it to Miami last year, for 5 days. Luckily our travel insurance covered the things we needed, and a big complaint to Virgin got us enough miles for some "free" flights
