Also the outdoor pool is bigger than SL & we needed this as it was so warm!
How were the queues at breakfast?
Are they still working on the paving round lake Disney which is why the path is closed?

I’m interested in the family rooms , so I may have to book soon as the availability is dropping.

Hopefully good weather too 😊

We’ve been for Christmas quite a few times which is the busiest we’ve ever had.
Experienced all of the seasons there and enjoyed them, but love it when it’s sunny and warm.

Sounds like a good time was had by all! Last time we went we stayed at NPB compass club and on check in the lady gave my son a voucher to get some pins in the shops... I am sure it was 6 pins and my son couldn’t believe it!
We are going at Christmas on the 27-30th! I know it will be really busy but we are short of annual leave and we have to take it over Xmas so it seemed an ideal opportunity and we are taking my sister and 9 year old niece. She has never been to Disney and I know my sister as a single mum could never take her so we surprised her and she was laughing and crying at the same time, it was so cute!
When in December are you visiting?

Breakfast wasn’t bad as I was expecting it to be really bad tbh. We got time slots for 7.30 each morning & it was fine I’d say an hour later would be busier.
I think that route to NPB is permanently closed because of the security bag scan which is right at the New York hotel. They’d have to have another check point if that route round the lake was opened.

Just to let you know the direct route from NBP to the Village is closed at the minute (and has been for some time) due to resurfacing work on the pavement, as with all things at DLP it doesn’t seem to be happening quickly! It will reopen at some point (along with its own security check point).

Whatever time slot you are given, you can go any time. It just means those with that time slot have priority.

We always go 7am to breakfast at DLP.

There was a separate security check for NPB and presumably will be again when that path reopens. It was always quiet and much quicker.

I didn't know you were still given time slots? Is this because breakfast is back in the hotels? Just last few times we've been in Cheyenne and this time in DLH we've not had any slots and just turned up.

We didn’t either at the Cheyenne in November. I was wondering about that too.

Time slots definitely in NPB. We had to get them each evening for the next morning.
