Last time I was there the free lockers worked on a fingerprint. Is that not how it works any more?

No it’s your park ticket which worried me as I was scared of it falling out of my pocket while on the ride.

Mmm interesting. I may ask a cast member then because that’s the thing - it’s all very well people saying if you don’t like it don’t ride but sometimes you NEED to keep stuff with you. Especially in the heat - dd has found she is running quite low so needs to have her test kit and glucose with her if nothing else so I might ask tomorrow when we go to UIOA - I’ll let you know what I find out.

That would be great, I wasn’t quite sure I believed them!

The issue of phones, when someone drops theirs on the ride they will not get it back to the following day if at all.
If people really want to risk it then let them but when it closes a ride down because it causes a fault then that's annoying.
Get a lanyard for your ticket and it's all good
