We’re in the same moving from free DDP to DVC situation next summer too. We got a Tables in Wonderland card last Aug (which we used for a couple of TS meals whilst we were on QSDP) its still in his year validity when we’re back in July. It might be worth exploring if you are likely to want to do a few onsite table service meals?

We have rented from DAVE’s DVC rentals, so simple and you can’t go wrong. Not sure what the availability is like but I would book now as you are at well under 11 months. To me you get the best of both worlds, Disney Transport if you want it, especially to MK, and 60 day FP. We have only ever had the Dining plan twice- once full and this last trip the “ breakfast “ which is only a QS meal and as it includes alcohol is an incredible deal. We mix the deals up with our DVC points as, up to now, we have had a small contract.

We eat a lot of quick service. We also make use of the kitchen facilities and make the occasional light meal. We head offsite for a few meals and will have one or two ADRS. We don’t spent anywhere near the cost of the DDP. but I would quite like a week of ddp just for not having to think about it. Only if I got it for free though. I couldn’t ever justify paying.

We do exactly the same as Bev. Also get grocery delivery in from Instacart or similar (used to use Garden Grocer, but very expensive now so switched). All in, for a family of 4 last year I averaged under $150 a day.
