Volcano bay access when staying on site at Universal

Hi

As the title says how do we get to volcano bay when we’re staying at Royal Pacific resort at universal.

Is there a bus from the hotel and if so how often does it run? Where do we get it?

I’m assuming we don’t have to walk over to city walk to get the bus from the main car parking?

We did this on Thursday - get the lift down to the ground floor and go left past the pool to the end of the building. The bus pulls in there every 30 mins. It said on the hour and half past the hour but the one we went for arrived about 10mins earlier than that. We got the 8am bus (get your towels from the hotel pool the night before) and were in volcano bay by 8.10. We had got on most things by 9.30 and there were loads of loungers etc. We left just before 12 and by that time it was heaving so make the most of early access.

There is a shuttle bus that runs to VB, it isn’t the easiest to find, right down the end past the water bus turning (that’s all I remember), we just asked at reception and they directed us. From memory possibly once every hour. Sorry if that’s a bit vague!
