Oops! Online Ticket Error

I can't believe what I have just done! I bought Express plus tickets from Universal and have only just realised that I filled out the wrong dates. Despite knowing full well that they use the date format mm/dd/yyyy, I stupidly used the UK format dd/mm/yyyy. I had opted for the print at home delivery and was left with four useless tickets! Aaaaaaargh!

I have just phoned Universal (goodness knows how much that has cost!) and after the usual press button XYZ shennanigans have managed to retrieve the situation. I think! They say they have voided the tickets I have and that I should use the machine at the park entrance to collect my new tickets. I just hope it works out!

I must pay more attention!

It will be fine.

You could have brought them to Guest Services also when you arrived and let them know you had the wrong date. You would have to pay the difference in price if there was an increase between the two dates or you would be credited the extra money if you paid too much.
