DCL Refund
Hi, I posted a while ago about our cruise being cancelled due to hurricane Dorian. No one was happy about the way they DCL handled it at the time, and we waited until we got home to claim our refund. We'd heard of others (in our sailing fb group) having problems so we were expecting to be the same. BUT - they redeemed themselves. A painless 5 minute phone call, and the exact full amount was in my account within 3 days. Just thought I'd update you
