Filming of the Christmas Day Parade

Is there a date when the Christmas Day Parade is performed and filmed at Magic Kingdom?

I've read a few blogs that mention the taping of the Christmas parade at WDW this weekend. If I don't remember wrongly these blogs say that the parade segment isn't filmed at WDW (it's at Disneyland instead), but the stage shows are filmed at WDW, and this is across more than one WDW park including MK and DHS. Some regular shows at MK and DHS have been cancelled to accommodate the taping of the parade...

They were in ak today as they asked us but we said no . To be honest it’s a pain when they film it especially with the first mvmcp as well happening . It’s just segments pieced together filmed over and over again.

We saw them filming in Hollywood Studios last night. I’m not really interested in the filming, but would like to see the parade!

That’s only in California I’m afraid, all the fillers are filmed here . The full completed thing is on abc Christmas Day .
