Epcot

Our plan today was Epcot to do the Food & Wine stalls, so we skipped breakfast and headed to Epcot for our fast pass.

It was really hot today and as we started walking round the worlds, we decided it was too hot for us and we wanted to do a water park.

So we made our way to Typhoon Lagoon ( so sad we missed Blizzard Beach, we haven’t done that park for years now as we always visit when one of the water parks is closed).

Karamel Kuche

On our way out of Epcot, we stopped in Karamel Kuche to grab some sweet treats.

Chocolate and Caramel covered marshmallow

We also grabbed a Tokyo Sunset in Japan.

Bahama Breeze

After a day at Typhoon Lagoon we decided to go back to Bahama Breeze for dinner, we had a really lovely meal in there last time so we were keen to go back.

We went to the one on Vineland again as this is right by our
accommodation.

First up some drinks

Coronarita - $11.99

This was mum’s choice.

Mama’s Hooch & Holler Cocktail Flight - $10.49

My choice

I also got this later on, I can’t remember what this was called it was off of the special board and was quite sour, but it was good though.

On to the food, Daniel and I didn't share for once as I fancied fish and he doesn't like fish.

Goats Cheese & Bell pepper dip - $10.49

Mum and I shared this and it was really tasty.

Beef Empanadas - $9.99

Dad's favourite, so he got these.

Daniel didn't have a starter, as he chose quite a big main and he knew he wouldn't finish both.

He chose from the Caribbean favourites

Taste of Jamaica - $20.49

Feast on jerk chicken, pulled jerk pork, beef empanada, braised greens, sweet plantains, white rice and black beans.

Caribbean Lobster Style Mac n Cheese - $22.49

Lightly fried lobster tail with griddled Bahamian mac & cheese. Served with roasted bell pepper sauce, homemade chimichurri and green beans.

This was my choice and WOW, this was my favourite meal of the whole holiday. It was so so good, it had a slightly spicy taste to it but everything was just delicious, mum had food envy. I still dream of this meal, I've never had fried lobster before but it was just amazing.

Salmon - $18.99

Our Grilled Fresh Fish selections include green beans and your choice of yellow rice, mashed potatoes or cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes. Select your style: Tequila Sunburn · Chimichurri · Classic

Mum and dad both had the same here, salmon with mashed potatoes. Which they both enjoyed.

No puddings for us today as we were all quite full.

It’s good to hear a positive review for Outback Steakhouse - the last review I read put me off but I might put it back on my list now as it’s near Floridays.
Bahama Breeze looks like a great spot. Those cocktails 😋
Also notice you’ve changed your countdown to a Disneymoon! Exciting! Good luck with the planning of both your wedding and Disneymoon 😉

So we actually didn't love Outback on our last trip, (oct 16) but we gave it another go and it was a really good meal so defo don't write it off just yet. The steaks were amazing.

Bahama Breeze was amazing, in previous years I never loved their mains and preferred starters but this year the mains were great.

Yep! we were considering a Saint Lucia holiday, butt we both love Florida and this may be our only chance to go just the two of us so have decided we are going to do a split stay Disney and Villa thank you very much it's really exciting

Denny's

We were going to Sea World today, so stopped in Denny's for breakfast on the way.

Mum and I were sharing in here today.

Grand Slamwich

Served with hashbrowns.

Dulche de Leche Pancakes

These were from the dessert menu, but they were able to give them us for breakfast, they were ok I probably wouldn't order them again though.

I like cinnamon, but these just weren't for me.

Eggs, Sausages and Pancakes

This was for Daniel, he enjoyed his breakfast.

Breakfast Omelette

This was dads, he chose from the 55+ menu as it was at a discounted rate.

In total are bill came to about $45.

Panda Express

We did our own things this evening, Daniel and I went back to IOA to go on a few rides and we also wondered around City Walk for a bit.

We decided to go to the cinema and watch the new Joker film, as it has started raining.

Whilst we waited for the film to start we grabbed some food at Panda Express.

One Entree

Daniel went for Honey Sesame chicken with noodles.

Two Entree

I had two , I like to try different things. So I had the teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and rice.

We also had a spring roll each.

We also grabbed some snacks in the cinema, popcorn, sweets and drinks.

It depends what we do with the wedding so I’m not sure yet... but likely towards the end of the year I think I’m sure we were there at the same time as you when we got engaged... now how funny would it be if the disneymoons overlapped when are you thinking?

Haha how funny, the boys did good ay?

We are getting married in May 21, so ideally want our honeymoon after the wedding, nothing booked yet but hoping around 17th May as my partners birthday is in May so we can celebrate his birthday over there!
