They have first aid rooms in the paeks, they may have facility to dispose of needles, as i suspect that would be safer than carrying round ised needles in sharps bin. X why not email them and see what can be done to help. X

My son is T1, we were supposed to go last year and it obviously didn’t happen! We are planning for this summer still and his consultant told is that they provide letters for people to take, but they rarely need them. I would definitely say that it’s useful for a T1 to have one, heat and humidity can REALLY mess with blood glucose levels.
