Disneyland tickets

Hello,
We are planning to visit Disneyland in November as part of a longer West Coast trip and wondered what the best way to buy tickets for Disneyland is? Is it best to get them before we go from an online provider or is there better deals to be had if we wait until we are there?
Thanks!

I would get them beforehand in case you have to have them in hand to make an advance reservation of capacity is still limited. I’ve kept hold of mine from 2 re-arranged holidays now with the hope we might get there at the end of October this year.

We bought from Undercover Tourist who were great and they will extend or refund depending on whether we are able to travel to the states or not.

Rarely buy our Disneyland tickets more than a few days before, often the night before directly into the app.

No need for a physical ticket anymore.

Some of the tickets are only available through Disney and rarely are any cheaper through 3rd parties.

May be different this year as they re-open and capacity is reduced.

No point in having money tied up for months for tickets to Disneyland imo.

I've only visited Disneyland on two occasions but both times I used Touringplans.com to help me decide what I wanted to do about tickets and then how best to get them

We are holding out as meant to be there in august. I think I’ll buy them when they’re released as sure they’ll have limited park capacity and you’ll have to pre book your park days anyway.

I think once they are available to buy (to U.K. residents) then I will look to get them right away from someone like ATD who offer covid cover as I assume we will have to reserve park entry.

I am thinking of buying today for end of September with Undercover Tourist. Can you link them to the app easily enough. They said Disneyland tickets are good up to Jan 2023 just in case we are not able to go September 2021.
