Advice connecting flight from Amsterdam to LA

Hi flying from Manchester to LA indirect via Amsterdam on 6th Sept.
I think Netherlands are doing ok with heir vaccinations but what are the rules with indirect flights. Is it just showing the negative test results. No problem coming back as I will be in Florida and have a direct flight. I am assuming here that Biden let's us in.
Travel agent are not concerned with this as they are monitoring this and can always look for other flights but I am thinking to minimise risk should I look for direct flight from London. Any thoughts or suggestions.

Latest for Schiphol is at schiphol.nl/en/transfers/

You will be staying in the international terminal so will not go through security.

As long as you transit out within 48 hours then at worst you need to make sure whatever test you got for the UK flight is also acceptable to NAAT then should be fine.

We flew London -> Amsterdam -> San Francisco with KLM a few years ago.

Like us, I imagine you'll remain in the international terminal for your transit. It's a nice airport actually, as they go, and we quite enjoyed our stop there.

Only thing to add is that you must have at least 6 months left on your passport as that's an EU requirement, even to transit through
