My brother had a chopper , I had a grifter used to think it was the dogs doo-dars cos it had gears, and I used to bend the mudguard over so it dug into tyre and made it sound like I was riding a motorbike... and I had a pretty cool collection of bread bag clips on the spokes

Puffball skirts, ra ta skirts & jelly shoes were some of my favourite clothes, I also loved those reversible soft padded jumpers, some had mickey or Minnie Mouse on, I had one with dalmations on, a large Dalmatian on one side & lots of little ones the other side & the denim jackets with cartoon print on the inside

Paper nylon petticoats, about ,5,yds of the stuff with the equivalent lengths of nylon net underneath. Had to be starched with sugar water to maintain stiffness, played havoc with your tights!

Ha ha , vandalism really ! I'm a rebel lol. Mum wasn't impressed when we nicked the spoons to dig the holes either lol. I had a Fred perry school jumper In red and now they cost mega bucks. Same with fila and kappa .

Ive still got my tommohawk bike oh and double Dutch was the rage at the time in the playground lol
