I bought a pair of size 14 trousers today! I'm usually a 16 bottom (saggy tummy due to 2 caesareans and being chubby!) and was a 18 last year in some styles! Not been in a 14 for nearly 11 years (before I was pregnant with ds!)

I shall not write down what I've eaten today - we are away for a short break - not too bad all in all but tomorrow will be MUCH worse! Back on it Monday.

my first ever gain this week…. half a pound on.
Must have been the celebrating last weeks hitting 2 stone target with a visit to the Indian restaurant and cocktails!

Back at sw this week with my tail between my legs. Life has basically gotten in the way and I've gained a fair bit. Back on it though, taking my own lunch to work, making shopping lists, planning meals. One meal out or takeaway allowed a month only.

Got that fortnight in the magic to aim for, I want to look nice in my DC and memory maker photos 😃

I'm five weeks in with a loss of 1 stone 10.5 my motivation is Florida Halloween 2017 with the of doing a couple of the run disney win and dine runs
