Scouts and care home visit: Last night we had an email from the scout leader saying how well behaved the scouts (boys and girls) had been and the residents loved their visit and would like to see them again. So it looks like a success all around!

I'm hoping the weather keeps fine today because it is DS11s last sports day at junior school and some of the parents (including me) we be having a picnic lunch with them on the school playing fields. Oh and tennis this afternoon..could be interesting!

woohooo - DD just set off for the minibus with her mates. I do hope they make the news - they all look soooo smart and such a positive thing for teenagers' reputations rather than the usual stuff on the news.
