Mobile Best meal to have at cracker barrell? Also any discounts anyone know of

So stuck in port Orleans waiting for the thunderstorm to stop so thought I would ask what’s good to eat as this is where we are looking at going tonight

I love their Momma's Pancake breakfast , hubby sometimes has the Momma's French toast breakfast and we swap a pancake for some french toast !

We don't go there for dinner much but I used to have their meat loaf regularly. Joan has had chicken fried chicken a few times.

If you go at breakfast they have all the normal offerings but they do loaded hash brown casserole which is loaded with more cheese and bacon bits.


You can also buy a rocking chair if you like.


Never seen discounts for CB but always have loads for Bob Evans which is a similar type of place. You need to sign up to BE's email club though

Ended up with chicken tenders.

There was a hell of a lot of food. Came with three sides (we only chose 2) and corn bread or biscuit.
We ordered kids a meal each and had we known how big we really wouldn’t. There was so much left! Think they will be sharing from know on

If you end up going to Millers Ale House on 192 near Rolling Oaks and fancy the Zinger Mountain Melt and think you can have one each - DON'T

By all means have a portion of Zingers but share some fries. Trust me.
