Mobile Kenwood travel for hotel and tickets - your experiences?

Hi, we are very close to booking 3 weeks at Pop with park tickets through kenwood travel. However, tonight my dh has seen a few negative reviews about them online, saying that they don’t actually “have” the hotel room when you book, and once you book they then approach Disney and buy a room from them. Therefore, some people have then been charged extra money as the price has increased. Not sure how true this is or how common this is!

Please could I have some honest feedback from people who have used kenwood travel before tia

It's true that Kenwood don't have a live system, so when you book online it's just a request to book and they then check actual availability and get back to you. You don't have to accept the higher price or alternative if it's not what you want. Other companies like Disney direct and Attraction Tickets Direct do have live systems, which is why there's usually more limited availability on them, whereas Kenwood show all rooms at all resorts all the time. They're not necessarily bad to book with, just have a different booking system.
