We didn't do any Disney Parks this year just Universal, but the price increase would not stop me from going back to Disney.

I have voted that I won't go. Not just down to cost but we have done Disney so many times now. If we cut Disney out, we will be able to go sooner and do other things. If Disney is taken out of the equation it makes a holiday in Florida comparable in cost to 2 weeks in Europe. Not saying never, but not for a while 😀

Please tell me I'm right

Can't imagine it would put anyone off, it's such a massive budget anyway another $100 or so is not really that big a difference.
Nothing to suggest as yet that increasing the prices is resulting in less visitors - still seems to be plenty of people to step in and make up for any that are being priced out.

the price is what it is... its costs what it costs...
We will still go as normal

Well if I have to keep paying 5p for carrier bags I don't know whether we will be able to afford to go next time lol

I voted that it wouldn't make any difference. Costs go up every where, at least in this example I can see where some of the money is going.

We prefer Universal parks and SW , and visit several times every trip; WDW prob 1 out of 3 trips. We also love to do other things and visit other places. That's the beauty of Orlando and Florida, there's so much to see and do, which, for me, makes it a value packed holiday. It's also a holiday destination that, no matter how many visits I still get excited about going, even the thought of going gives me butterflies. 😃

We would still go to Disney if we could get there, but flight prices in school holidays are our biggest stumbling block.

The last time I went to the Disney Parks was two years ago and I haven't missed them at all. They are going to have to turn things around radically for me to go back again.

I'm interested in Avatar Land so that will be a one day ticket if the reviews are favourable and to be honest I'm not expecting much, the last I heard was that they had dropped the boat ride because of cost and they were making major cuts to the other areas of the initial plans, too.

Universal are out Disneying Disney currently for me and really showing them how to do it.

Won't be going Disney have priced themselves out of the amount I am willing to pay to go to the park for two days. We are passed the stage where we would go to Disney day after day. There is far more to do in Florida. Maybe when the kids have left home we will go back as a couple, stay onsite and enjoy the parks again.

Won't affect our holiday either. We only go every 2 or so years so we'll still be staying at Disney & visiting US/IOA too.
