Electric Car Shopping...

So today we're off to have a wander round some car showrooms to have a proper nosey at electric cars.
The DW is going to order one soon through salary sacrifice scheme at work so need to know which she likes the look and feel of best.
We've currently narrowed it down to the following:
Renault Zoe
Peugeot e-208 GT
Peugeot e-2008
VW ID3

Personally, from looking online I would go for the e-2008 as this is an SUV style and i've got an Hyundai ix35 which is similar. But, the others do look very nice from what I can see.

Anyone got any of the above electric vehicles that can share any thoughts and experiences...

Cheers.

Of that list my company (one of the biggest fleets in the uk) only uses the Zoe, but they get really good reviews from those who drive them.
Our SUV styles are the Hyundai Kona and the Kia E-Niro. I have the Kona and I absolutely love it. Don’t know if it’s an option as you already have a Hyundai.

I'd have to ask the DW but I don't think either of those are an option! I might be wrong though, she might have just decided she didn't like them!
I've spoken to a few people this week about the Zoe and they do appear to get some great reviews. We shall see what the preference is today after our window shopping spree... Cheers.

I was impressed with Zoe, I attended an event before it was released and had a good look at it.
Saw one of the new Hyundai yesterday. That looks good.
Thing that stops me leaving Tesla at the mo though is the Supercharger network. Was up and down to London again yesterday no bother- I’d have range anxiety without my Tesla.

Looks like we've narrowed the options down to the e-208 GT and the Zoe GT. Range on the e-208 looks good and like the regenerative braking option on it. WLTP range states 217 miles, the guy we spoke to at Peugeot said in actual use, and using the regenerative braking, he was getting 195 travelling between Hull and Scarborough.

Think the DW needs to go on a few test drives in the next month or so..
