privacy pop up what am I doing wrong?

So I am getting the privacy pop up come up for the dibb every time I go onto the next page of a thread or a new thread or a new topic basically every different page and I have to select agree every time - its driving me mad what am I doing wrong? surely I should only need to select it once when I go onto the Dibb in the first place?
