ATD - gift card and magic bands

For anyone who has booked the ATD offer earlier this year, where do you pick up the gift card and magic bands please?

Sure it has been posted somewhere but cannot find.

I thought I read it was at Planet Hollywood but not sure now?
Does anyone know if they can be picked up in advance to our Disney part of trip actually starting or do you have to be checked into your hotel ?

I thought somewhere in Disney Springs too...

However, I was checking through the e-mails and it states and 'Free Gift Cards' will be issued to you 2-3 weeks prior to check in date?

Unless this means something different.

We have our vouchers for magic bands and it says the gift shop on the second floor of planet hollywood

We had the deal to get the galaxy's edge magic bands and I don't think we've had vouchers for them, will need to check, I did ask where to collect and was also told planet hollywood

When I log in to my booking (top right hand corner of the site), I can see my gift cards which are barcodes and ready to use in the parks. My magic band needs picking up at Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs.
