And as previously mentioned, you can get a recovery from Covid certificate. 👍🏻
It could still show positive on an LFT. as they are not very good

Think it’s the fact that they don’t show positive when you are positive that makes them not very good. Not the other way round.

OP, I tested positive on a lateral flow for about 12 days when I had Covid. By the time I was able to come out of isolation, it was the faintest of lines and a day later absolutely nothing. This was the same with all my family members. I’ve also been testing twice weekly for work since January and the only time I’ve tested positive is when I was actually positive. Hope that offers some reassurance.

Yes, sorry. I just knew there was a lot of false results surrounding them.

I know everyone is different but we are double jabbed and it hit us hard still.
We had it in November 2020 and I have to agree even in our 30s and 40s no medical issues we were very fatigued for a good month. Would be a different holiday

Testing my DD today as she has a sore throat and been in contact with someone. 17 days until we do the LFTs for US - the rest of us could also catch it. Even if we are clear from self isolation, how likely is she to still test positive on the LFT?
