Aw, it'll be so fun on your first Disney trip with a little one! Love the shopping updates, such a cute little romper. We were there in the freezing cold this Feb, so am looking forward to reading your report and seeing the park bathed in sunshine!

I'm so excited to experience the Disney magic with Charlie... he is beginning to become so aware of his surroundings now so it will be fab to see him react to all the noises and colours!
We went last January when it was absolutely freezing... I can't wait to see what the parks are like in the sunshine! (Fingers crossed the sun shines for us! ) |

What a fab little shopping haul. Love the sparkly ears too! I can say though that I won’t be wearing anything with a 4-0 on it this year. I’d rather wear the romper - how cute is that?! Hope it fits Charlie!

Ah man I will have to return the 40 ears I got you now then!
If only they did the rompers in adult size eh... the definition of comfy park wear! |

Charlie goes international!
Just a little non-DLP related update... we survived Charlie's first trip abroad! Last week we spent 7 nights in Menorca, staying in a lovely villa with a mixture of family and friends (6 adults and 4 children) and it was just fab!
Charlie handled the flight like an absolute pro, he had naps both ways and he was rather content sitting on either mine of Paul's laps and having a good nosey around... that said I am not sure I could have handled a much longer flight at this age, he sure is wriggly! We definitely have a water baby on our hands as Charlie absolutely loved all the swimming so I am super excited to take him to the pool at Sequoia Lodge whilst we are at DLP. We are also starting swimming lessons this week so hopefully he should be even more confident in the water by the time we go. He also got on brilliantly with the new pushchair which was a big relief as this will be the one we take to DLP (I missed having him facing me but that didn't seem to bother him in the slightest!). He also happily napped in there too which is good news and the huge hood was perfect for keeping him out of the sun. So with one holiday down the countdown really is on for DLP now, very exciting! |

So glad Charlie loved his holiday and was such a star on the flights Such a cutie pie!
Exciting news about swimming lessons starting, bet he will love it! I always think it’s so important that kids are used to water at a young age! Eeeep your countdown is getting so tiny! Can’t wait for the pics of Charlie’s first Disney adventure! Xxx |

I have been wanting to start swimming lessons for a while but our local pool doesn't take them until 6 months, so perfect timing now! He will end up being a better swimmer than me in no time I'm sure!
I'm so excited by how quickly it is coming around! xxx |

Brill update - I feel we are always on your toes just after you, hence we have our first hol together next week
I’m jealous of your pram, we have a hand me down and it doesn’t look at all as comfy as Charlie’s! X

We are living our lives in parallel! (And I imagine that will be the case for a long time to come with our Charlies being so super close in age and hitting their milestones at the same time! )
The buggy was such a great purchase, so pleased with it for the price... it does make me wonder why we spent such an eye-watering amount on our travel system though! As long as the one you have transports Charlie from A to B comfortably and securely it will be a winner! Edited at 06:05 PM. |

Such lovely photos in the sunshine! Can’t wait to hear how Charlie gets on with his swimming lessons.
Only 55 days to go! That’s no time at all. You must be so excited for a Disney top up! I’m super excited and I’m not even coming with you! |
