CBD oil

As mentioned before, I wouldn’t both with the H&B one either. Much better to find something made direct at source. Luckily, over here we have Jersey Hemp who make amazing products that work really well, but they are not cheap, £120 for 20ml of 2000mg 10% concentration. The fact that the concentration is higher means that you don’t need to use as much.

Although I don’t use CBD oil personally, I know a good amount of people that do, and most with very good results (don’t think this is a miracle cure though, it will have a different effect on different people).

I find this thread quite interesting as I’m having big trouble sleeping and my friend recommended CBD oil. Does anyone use it for this purpose?
I’ve just had a look at blessed website and will probably buy some from there but don’t know whether to go for the beginners strength. Thanks

It has definitely helped me with sleeping, I would sometimes lay awake until 3/4am. I have no problem getting off to sleep now. Ask the shop for advice.

I ended up trying about 4 lots from various places online, some were LOTS of money, and some from Holland and Barrett, for pain, I'd researched loads about different types and all about increasing the dose gradually etc - none of them did anything at all, and I noticed zero effect on my anxiety (it was worse back then when I was in a lot of pain)

I'm glad it seems to help some people but I'm obviously not affected by it at all sadly Expensive waste of money for me.

I know! I was very disappointed! I do know lots of people swear by it. It must be something about me

BTW - if you use Blessed CBD use 'kynoch' for a 20% discount. We buy three months at a time, by the time we take into account their 3 month/kynock discount it reduces the 1000ml bottles to circa £43.

Thanks for the update fantasy... had a good 8 month run with knoch afore they pulled it - I last used the 14th Dec, new year swept clean. Check Google for other discount codes
