Unable to check in online with ba for tomorrow!

One of us it has worked fine but when trying to check me in it’s now saying it can’t be done ? Has any one had this issue ?

Yes, I couldn’t check in a few years ago for a flight to LAX and had extra security at the airport. My husband and son didn’t have the the extra check.

Yes - it will say SSSS on your boarding pass and allow extra time at each check as you will be manually handled

What a huge pain we haven’t paid for seats so will now likely be split up !

Its done randomly. It'll be fine.

I’ve had this happen twice. Once Virgin told me someone with my name was on a US watchlist, not sure if true, but had a different date of birth. I then had it again a couple of years ago and they never even said anything. Don’t worry about it, often I think it’s just random.

They will try and seat you together just check in at the desk as early as you can
