When do you put your tree up?

We are going to put ours up on the 1st December. We will be having a fake Christmas with some family who will be away at Christmas on the 5th December, so need to have everything ready for then.

Last weekend of November. We like it to be up for the 01st Dec. It’s also a huge amount of effort for a short amount of time (but each to their own) so it’ll be up around 5.5 weeks.

All my outside trees are lit up from December 1st, inside will be the same if time allows as it’s also our anniversary. If not then 3rd December when I celebrate my birthday 🎅🏻🎄🎄

Debating about this as normally last weekend in November but not sure now as we go away in 30 th to travel 1 st Dec , so do I put it up 22 November so we can have at least a week of enjoying it rather than a day lol.

Can’t be bothered coming home on 9 Dec and putting it up then.

Normally first weekend in December - but - we are off to Orlando for 3 weeks on 24th November (Negative Covid test permitting! )

SO we will put our tree up BEFORE we go
as we get back on 16th December

Always the first weekend in December for us. Although DD was just asking if we could put the Dec's up the weekend before.

Ours are up for the 1st December. Because the 1st is mid week this year they will go up the weekend before. We have so much to put out we need a whole day 😂
My husband does the lions share, getting everything down from the attic, putting outdoor decorations out etc and I decorate the trees and the dining table 🎄🎄🎄
We always have Christmas music blasting all day too 🥰
