To give you an idea I have probably rented 20 houses/ Condos in Orlando from Windsor Hills, to Davenport to many of the often mentioned estates on here.
Of course I don’t pretend to have stopped everywhere but in general areas, this was by far the best and fairly quick to also get to Disney (very close to Universal).

Have to agree about the Vista Cay. We’ve been going to Florida since the late 80s and have stayed in a variety of places. We stayed in the Vista Cay the first year it opened and loved it. We’ve been back about 25 times since and apart from stays in Disney & Universal we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fantastic place

I’m the same. We go at Easter but I do keep checking prices for other places too. Blue Tree is still much cheaper than others I’ve stayed in before but I will make my mind up nearer time. Some reviews are good, so I assume it’s luck if the draw on which unit you are allocated on arrival. We were supposed to stay at Mystic Dunes again this year and had a really good price for it, but they want 3 x as much for next year, plus the resort fees are high.
