Attraction Tickets price increase

Good afternoon Dibbers,
Just to warn members who may have booked accommodation over the New Year period through Attraction tickets... you may get a very apologetic email which states that there was a pricing error and the cost of the booking will have to increase or you can have a refund...
All very disappointing tbh 😢

Hi Tigger,

Thanks for your message and once again we're very sorry for what happened in relation to your booking.

Unfortunately we had a system error that impacted eight bookings at Cabana Bay over the new year period. We wrote and apologised to those affected offering either a full refund or the option for us to re-book their stay at the net price. No other bookings have been affected.

Thankfully it is extremely rare for issues like this to happen, but we are very sorry for the eight groups affected and the disappointment and inconvenience this error caused.
