Off-site Disney partner hotel, early entry

Hopefully if your hotel is on MDE and your park tickets are on MDE that should be it. Just wave your card or a magic band at the post thing.

I can say one thing which is that all sorts of different numbers get recognised by the MDE system. Literally one time I had a flight and hotel package and the 'flight' reference e.g. 2W45HY was recognised by MDE for the hotel.

That said, some reference numbers you get quoted by travel providers definitely don't work. I'd have thought the hotel would know the right number and give it to you. When I have phoned these hotels they have known exactly what I was after and exactly why.

Is it still within 72hrs of booking? There is sometimes a delay on the system.

It’s been over a week now
The hotel number didn’t work just now
I have this issue every single time I book
It is always a complete faff linking the hotel

The number the Hilton gave me was really long too. I just put that in and surname, as if I was linking an on-site Disney resort hotel, and it worked. I’d try asking the hotel again? Or maybe try the app and the website, just in case.

I booked the Hilton Bonnet Creek through Expedia, and was able to link the confirmation number in MDE. However it took about 3-4 days after booking it before I could link it.

Yeah I’ve emailed them saying that doesn’t work
They didn’t ask me for any details so I’m not sure how the number they gave me would link to me

They said call Disney which previously has never resolved it
Might just wait till we are there and maybe ask when we arrive or at guest services
Only need it for that extra 30 mins in the mornings

I know this was a while ago but I was searching for the same issue and I have found that the virgin reference number works to link the hotel if anyone else is trying to.
